Minestrone Soup

Ingredients:

3 cups reduced-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
2 (28-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (15-ounce) can beans  (black beans, cannellinibeans or kidney beans)
4 carrots, peeled and chopped
3 celery stalk, chopped
3 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
Salt and ground black pepper
1.5 cups cooked ditalini pasta

Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese
